One of the main features of the Creek House are it's unrivalled panoramic views from the balconies, terrace and garden over the creek towards Southwold's lighthouse, Church and Edwardian houses. The Creek House is great escape from busy life for a group of friends for a long weekend or a family holiday exploring. We love it and hope you will too.
The Creek House has been owned by the Parker family for some years, regulars to Southwold for the last 15 years. It's been a firm favourite with all generations, from exploring the walks to dancing on the beach, playing at the beach huts, climbing the tower or eating fish and chips. The Creek House has allowed more time to enjoy Southwold with family and friends, as well as sharing this wonderful part of the English Coastline with visitors from around the globe.
ACCOMMODATION
On entering the property you’re welcomed into a large hallway flooded with natural light and storage for outdoor clothing. As you head from the hallway into the open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room you will be blown away by the views ahead of you - just take a look at the pictures. Large windows and patio doors lead onto a beautiful deck, complete with gorgeous new seating for summer 2020. We've made sure to test it ourselves - perfect to sit out and enjoy some al-fresco dining or bbq (we would ask that the cushions are kept indoors overnight).
Views from the garden look over the famous Southwold Church, water tower and beyond. The kitchen/sitting room is light, bright and spacious; ideal space for the whole party to gather together. The large dining room table has seating for up to 12 and the kitchen, all newly fitted, has facilities and equipment you will need to rustle up some amazing delights.
Sleeping 12, the property comprises of 5 bedrooms, all beautifully furnished providing comfort as well as luxury, you'll even find some Nespresso coffee machines to help you get out of bed in the morning. The bonus of ground floor accommodation in this property makes it the ideal holiday home for all needs.
With spectacular views the main sitting room has been cleverly positioned up on the first floor. Large bi fold doors open up onto a spacious balcony area with matching furniture. Sit out and enjoy your morning cuppa or if you're keen - the perfect spot to watch the sun rise for early birds. The sitting room, like the rest of the property, has been beautifully furnished with a large corner sofa and additional armchair, a space the whole family can enjoy. There is Sky TV and Sonos sound system.
Parking isn't a problem with space for up to five cars off-road.
